This extra-virgin cold pressed olive oil is flavoured by entirely pure white truffle extracts. The white varieties of truffle, rare in nature, have subtler flavour than the black giving food a rich and old fashioned taste. This oil has an intense, yet smooth garlic finishing. White Truffle oil is not generally used in cooking, it is added after a dish is prepared. Try it on eggs, pasta, risotto and cheese, but the variety of ways in which this oil can be used are limited only by your imagination.
